Dusty Fruge arrested for burglary
A Eunice man is facing four counts of burglary and four counts of theft after allegedly breaking into a residence in Evangeline Parish, St. Landry Parish and Acadia.
Captain Keith Dupre, chief of detectives for the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office, said Dusty Joseph Fruge, 19 (dob 8-13-90), 127 Lee Road, Eunice, was arrested Thursday, February 4, for a burglary, which occurred January 22. He said two more persons are expected to be charged in the case next week.
Dupre said items including guns were taken from the Old Basile Road and areas in St. Landry and Acadia parishes. Anyone with information in the cases are encouraged to contact Sheriff Eddie Soileau’s office. He said all callers will remain anonymous.
