JAMES ABBOTT VIDRINE
GRAND PRAIRIE - Funeral services were held for James Abbott Vidrine, three, of Grand Prairie, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Grand Prairie at 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 26. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
The Vidrine toddler died Sunday, January 24, 2010, after an 18-month battle with cancer.
Survivors include his parents, Michael and Rebecca Vidrine of Grand Prairie; his grandparents, Gary and Tina Vidrine of Grand Prairie, Terry and Tammy Vidrine of Port Barre and Susie D’Avy and Greg Doucet of Opelousas.
Father Mark Melancon officiated.

Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas was in charge of arrangements.
