JOSEPH RAY MANUEL
April 23, 1927 - March 2, 2010
A memorial service will be held for Joseph Ray Manuel, 82, of Ville Platte, at First Baptist Church in Ville Platte at 10 a.m., Saturday, March 13.
A devoted father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather, Mr. Manuel died Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Ville Platte.

CECELIA DALE FUSELIER LANDRENEAU
July 25, 1933 - March 8, 2010
MAMOU - Funeral services will be held for Cecelia Dale Fuselier Landreneau, 77, of Mamou, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Mamou at 11 a.m., today, March 11. Burial will follow in the New St. Ann’s Cemetery.
A wonderful mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Ms. Landreneau died at 9:40 p.m., Monday, March 8, 2010, at her residence.

NEWTY A. JEANSONNE
March 16, 1920 - March 6, 2010
Funeral services will be held for Newty A. Jeansonne, 89, of Baton Rouge, at St. Jude Catholic Church in Baton Rouge at 9:30 a.m., today, March 11. Burial will follow in the Greenoaks Memorial Park.
Greenoaks Funeral Home of Baton Rouge will be in charge of arrangements.

JAMES VIDRINE
October 31, 1959 - March 4, 2010
MAMOU - Funeral services was held for James Vidrine, 50, of Mamou at St. Ann’s Catholic Church at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 6. Burial followed in the New St. Ann’s Mausoleum.
A life-long resident of Mamou, Mr. Vidrine died Thursday, March 4, 2010. He was a Grand Knight with the Knights of Columbus #2675 Mamou Council. He also was an Adoree for Perpetual Adoration at St. Ann’s Catholic Church. He was a man of God and a man of the church.

CHARLES DAVID GOUDEAU
BUNKIE - Funeral services will be held for Charles David Goudeau, 38, of Bayou Chicot at Hixon-Ducote Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m., Monday, March 8. Burial will follow in the Pythian Cemetery in Bunkie.
Mr. Goudeau died Thursday, March 4, 2010, in Texas. He was a loving father and husband. He never met a stranger and loved to visit and talk to just about anyone. He loved fishing and hunting in his spare time. He had been employed with Kojis & Son Signs for the past five years.
