Greg Tate elected delegate, Tyler Tate is alternate to 125th AAA Convention

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky - Greg Tate, Ville Platte, has been elected as a delegate to the 125th Annual American Angus Association® Convention of Delegates, November 17, in Louisville, Kentucky, reports Bryce Schumann, chief executive officer of the American Angus Association.

Tate, a member of the American Angus Association with headquarters in Saint Joseph, Missouri, is one of 402 Angus breeders who have been elected by fellow members in their state to serve as a representative at the annual meeting. Representing 45 states, the District of Columbia and Canada, the delegates will participate in the business meeting and elect new officers and five directors to the American Angus Association board.

Elected as an alternate delegate to the convention was Tyler Tate of Ville Platte, according to Schumann.

Tyler Tate, a member of the American Angus Association is one of 372 Angus breeders who have been elected by fellow members to serve as an alternate state representative to the annual meeting.

The annual event is held in conjunction with the annual banquet and the Super Point Roll of Victory Angus show, November 15, to November 18, during the North American International Livestock Exposition.

The American Angus Association has more than 34,000 active members and is the largest beef breed organization in the world.
