Mamou Police Department reports six recent arrests

MAMOU - The Mamou Police Department reported they made six arrests recently.

The following persons were charged:

•Deszerrie S. Alexander, 27, 413 East St., Mamou, was charged February 18, with disturbing the peace with language. Alexander bonded out of jail the same day.

•Timothy Johnson, 48, 217 Seventh St., Mamou, was charged February 19, with theft of goods. Johnson bonded out of jail the next day.

•Cody Deville, 17, 1009 Oak St., Mamou, was charged February 20, with criminal damage to property. Deville bonded out of jail the same day.

•Roger D. Deville Jr., 1005 Ninth St., Mamou, was charged February 20, with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, theft and domestic abuse battery. Deville remained in jail at press time.

•Bridgette Latiolais, 19, 908 East St., Mamou, was charged February 24, with public intimidation of a witness. Latiolais was transferred to the parish jail.

•Maurice A. Mitchell, 21, 2050 Glory Loop, Fort Polk, was charged February 24, with disturbing the peace with language. Mitchell bonded out of jail the same day.
