The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 23 bookings recently in the parish jail.

Arrested were the following:

•Brandon Carl Deville, 29, 1469 Junction Road, Ville Platte, was charged on February 19, with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling (three counts) and theft. Deville was released from jail on a $45,000 bond.

•Coby Shane Deville, 17, 1005 Ninth St., Mamou, was charged February 19, with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and theft. Deville was released from jail on a $10,000 bond.

•Roger Dale Deville Jr., 27, 1005 Ninth St., Mamou, was charged February 19, with theft, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and domestic abuse battery. Deville was being held in jail on a $15,000 bond.

•Desiree Ardoin, 39, 402 Reed St., Ville Platte, was charged February 19, with possession of cocaine. Ardoin was released from jail on a $10,000 bond.

•Jordan M. Denton, 21, 109 Demourelle St., Ville Platte, was charged February 19, with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and possession of marijuana. Denton was released from jail on a $10,000 bond.

•Lucas Oneal Austin, 34, 604 Harvey LeBas Drive, Ville Platte, was charged February 19, with possession of cocaine. Austin was released from jail on a $10,000 bond.

•Samuel Tyler Gautreaux, 20, 1680 Crooked Creek Parkway, Ville Platte, was charged February 19, with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and theft. Gautreaux was being held in jail on a $10,000 bond.

•John Richard Fontenot, 68, 1005 East St., Mamou, was charged February 19, with DWI (first offense) and careless operation. Fontenot was released from jail on a $1,384 bond.

•Johnaton O’Neal Antoine, 19, 424 Rozas St., Ville Platte, was charged February 21, with armed robbery and attempted first-degree murder (two counts). Antoine was being held in jail on a $400,000 bond.

•Jordan Jamal Harris, 18, 1049 C.J. Ave., Mamou, was charged February 21, with armed robbery and attempted first-degree murder (two counts). Harris was being held in jail on a $400,000 bond.

•Leeon Hampton Fontenot, 21, 108 W. Oak St., Ville Platte, was charged February 21, with armed robbery and attempted first-degree murder (two counts). Fontenot was being held in jail on a $400,000 bond.

•Elizabeth Rene Serie, 30, 1004 Main St., Mamou, was charged February 21, with issuing worthless checks (three counts). Serie was released from jail on a $2,375 bond.

•Jo Anna Reed, 40, 1814 Johnson St., Mamou, was charged February 22, with DWI (first offense), driving left of center, improper lane use and reckless operation. Reed was released from jail on a $1,484 bond.

•Johnathan J. Gallow, 27, 102 W. Pine St., Ville Platte, was charged February 22, with possession of stolen things. Gallow remained in jail on a $15,000 bond.

•Mitchell C. Seraille, 35, 506 S.E. Railroad St., Ville Platte, was charged February 22, with illegal possession of stolen things. Seraille was released from jail on a $10,000 bond.

•Patrick D. Lonnette, 50, 314 W. Cotton St., Apt. A, Ville Platte, was charged February 22, with simple burglary. Lonnette was being held in jail on a $15,000 bond.

•Angela Ann Rogers, 22, 314 W. Cotton St., Ville Platte, was charged February 22, with simple burglary. Rogers was being held in jail on a $15,000 bond.

•Casey Ray Snoke, 17, 1315 Second St., Pine Prairie, was charged February 23, with DWI (first offense) and driving left of center. Snoke was released from jail on a $1,176.50 bond.

•Heather Renee Fontenot, 30, 1477 Gabriel Road, Ville Platte, was charged February 23, with simple battery and disturbing the peace by fighting. Fontenot was released from jail on a $1,500 bond.

•Bryce Kaleb Melancon, 18, 1501 Poinciana Ave., Mamou, was charged February 23, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Melancon was released from jail on a $500 bond.

•Jacqulyn Marie Mallet, 56, 1477 Gabriel Road, Ville Platte, was charged February 23, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Mallet was released from jail on a $500 bond.

•Sonny Joseph Gagnard, 20, 1053 Majic Road, Ville Platte, was charged February 24, with criminal trespassing and simple criminal damage to property. Gagnard was released from jail on a $7,500 bond.

•Christopher James Landreneau Jr., 33, 1355 Zenin Road, Mamou, was charged February 24, with simple battery. Landreneau was released from jail on a $1,000 bond.

•Lois Marie Brockington, 31, 1214 Edward Thomas Jr., St., Ville Platte, was charged February 25, with possession of Schedule IV (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of legend drug without a prescription (three counts), violation of uniform C.D.S. law (drug free zone) and illegal use of C.D.S. in the presence of a person under 17. At press time, Brokington remained in jail on a $20,000 bond.
